Customers have been asking us for a simpler, more flexible pricing plan that lets them add (or remove) one operator at a time. We’re happy to meet that need with this change. **We’re introducing a new single plan, $19 per operator/month** - as simple as that!  ### What's behind this change? With tiered pricing, if you wanted to add a single operator to your account, there wasn’t an option to do that. Now, your Olark account grows with your business. If you’ve been with us for awhile, you may remember our [earlier pricing change](https://blog.olark.com/olark-the-first-three-years?rid=_Per-op_Pricing_Release_2016_direct_blog). When we changed our prices the first time it was for self preservation. Now, it’s to give our customers more freedom. Need to add 3 more operators for the holiday season like [Jordan at Homage](https://blog.olark.com/retail-lessons-for-online-holiday-shopping-2016?rid=_Per-op_Pricing_Release_2016_direct_blog)? Done. On the flip side, if you need to, it’s just as easy to decrease your account, just like that. **Whatever you need, when you need it. No more, no less.**  ### How do I add more operators? No worries, we’re rolling this out over the next few days.
