Text settings get a helping hand
Customizing your chat box text is now a litte easier. We've added some contextual hints that show you changes in real-time as you customize your chat box. This makes it more apparent which text you're actually changing.

Blocked visitors no longer get feedback
During an All Hands Support shift Matt uncovered a customer that would frequently get negative chat ratings from people who were simply being abusive towards their chat operators (and would subsequently be blocked).
The customer suggested, and we agreed, that it made no sense for those people to still leave feedback. So, now blocked visitors will not longer be able to leave feedback that would ultimately have a negative impact on operator chat reports.
